Heart-Centered End-of-Life Care
What is an End-Of-Life Doula?
An end-of-life doula, also known as a death doula, is a non-medical professional trained to provide support to individuals and their families during life’s final transition. As a birth doula welcomes new life into the world, an end-of-life doula helps navigate the final journey with dignity, grace, and peace. I help with vigil care and legacy projects, from organizing goals of care and pet care to nourishing meals. My presence is here to shield your space, giving you the safety to breathe and be a family again.
“Grief is only love that’s got no place to go”
The Three Pillars: the Heart of My Practice
Nourishment
As a classically trained chef, I bring years of culinary expertise to your kitchen. I prepare restorative bone broths and soups for your loved one and comforting meals for your household. I take care of the cooking so your family can focus on being together.
Energy
End-of-life care involves the spirit just as much as the body. I use a gentle, light-touch approach to soothe minds and the nervous system, and I soften the energy in the home. This provides a soft blanket of energetic support for all members of the household
Time
Time moves differently at the end of life. I take care of the earthly details so you can step into the sacred space of saying goodbye. By carrying the day-to-day burdens, I protect your time. This gives your family the quiet space to love, listen, and be present.

Partnering for Peace
Our healthcare teams do amazing work, but they are stretched incredibly thin. Modern medical systems are designed to manage clinical care, leaving little room for deep, holistic support families desperately need during life’s final transition.
We don’t replace healthcare teams-we wrap around them. Working with doctors, palliative nurses, and care providers, we serve as a bridge to ease families' burden.
